Hi All,
I'm pleased as punch that some more of my photos from my holiday have been recovered recently so I thought I would post them up....
Firstly, a Green Heron, which we spotted from the coach on the way to yet another hotel:
This one, a White Ibis, which we saw from a boat floating down the river:
In the same area we saw this gorgeous Osprey giving us the eye:
We stopped off for a pit-stop at a roadside Cafe and came across this male Green Iguana:
And, just outside one of my many hotel rooms, was this little juvenile Red-legged Honeycreeper:
On another boat trip we saw this, which I think is a Fasciated Tiger Heron, but I'm not sure so any help would be appreciated!
And, lastly, I think this is a Great Blue Heron, but, again, I would appreciate any confirmation:
You can imagine how chuffed I was when I got the photos back! I'm still going through the rest, so if you're not too bored I will try and post some more up......
The bad weather is giving me some time to go through them all.
Best wishes,
Chuffed of Sawbridgeworth

Hi Chuffed, AKA Graham lol.
Wow, what amazing birds, they're all so wonderful. The honeycreeper is so beautiful...the colours are so vivid. And the big fella having his lunch....I bet he never goes hungry.
Some really fab photos and excellent news that you've been able to recover more.I bet you're feeling on top of the world, and if the rest of your photos are as good as these, can't wait to see some more.

Whoohoo, not surprised you are chuffed, the tiger heron looks aptly named, I am going to read up about them. Amazing eyes on the Osprey. Not bored at all, keep them coming, it is doubtful I would ever get to C. America so am enjoying it through you :)

I'm so pleased for you that these photos have been recovered. It would have been a tragedy if these had been lost - memories of a great trip fade but they can be revived by looking at the photos.
No chance of us getting bored with stunning pictures like these. Great shot of the Osprey looking over its shoulder and the Tiger Heron is a bit special. The Honeycreeper reminds me of those I saw in Trinidad although it's a different species.
