Mike, here is the intro. Thanks. Karen
Last season Maya, the resident Manton Bay female, surprised us arriving back 12 March the earliest date ever recorded at a UK public nest. The resident male, Blue 33(11), her mate since 2015, arrived two days later on 14 March and the pair successfully raised two healthy chicks. More details about the Manton Bay nest, including a table of the breeding data, can be found here.
Here’s wishing Maya and Blue 33 a safe journey home and for another successful season.

Pleeease don't give up, JANE, I would miss you so much, especially for Arkaig (if I can manage to cover it at all this season).
I thought "they" were making progress on our behalf but the recent silence has been so depressing :'(
Mark where I'm coming from!
The photo uploading restrictions shouldn't apply to the LG forums because we are not uploading proper photographs, only screenshots (almost only). If they restricted the number of snaps per post, that might reduce the load without slowing down the procedure, which really is a pain at the moment.
EDIT - of course I know they can't have different systems for different parts of the Community :(
IMAGICAT
I notice that the cams have been freezing a lot this morning, especially the top one.
I've changed the refresher to 15-minutely, but it's just more frequent interruptions :( G'night all, SYAL :)

Yes I had found it and planned to test uploads there but I could not find the thread again and I had forgotten the name to search!! Lesson learned - next time I will bookmark threads I wish to revisit. But thanks very much Scylla for the link also the info - most helpful.

I'll forgive you almost anything for "erred egregiously", CIRRUS ;-D
It looks like snow, or at least frost, on the nest :-/
Aha!
Morning all - thanks for the updates. Looks very cold this morning.
A new visitor to the nest just now
