It was wonderful to see both Maya and Blue 33(11) return much earlier this year. Maya arrived back on the 21 March and 33(11) on 27 March .
Since arriving back Maya and 33 have reestablished their partnership and are busy preparing their nest to hold these precious eggs which we so eagerly await.
Maya laid her eggs after 9 days last year so we could see eggs anytime from 6 April.

Thanks, Karen--all fine by me!
Kind regards, Ann
I see the webcam is up and running again. I will wait to see if there is a sunrise first before posting :-)

Both on the nest now
Thank you Karen for starting this thread.
Birdies LG DU update.
Morning MIKE ENS
Morning all ...
33 has just flown in with a large headless fish and plonks it in the middle of the nest
Maya quickly follows in and looks at it
33 flies off and Maya then takes the fish
and as I type, flies off with it. ENS once more.

Morning, I turned on and caught her looking at the fish but she didn't seem to be in rush to grab it.
Morning Jane .it did look a bit strange her not grabbing it! Perhaps not too hungry so 33 must be feeding her well :-)
Both arrive back - breakfast finished. Maya fiddles a little then flies off
leaving 33 to start the nest work.
