Thanks for the quick reply. Now I understand :)
So, she has now started sitting and it would appear she has 8 eggs. So far so good.

Yes, there are 9 now. Not sure if she was hiding one or just decided she could manage one more. Either way I am happy. Being our first camera its all excitement here. Male has been popping in to feed her too which is good to see. Just received my 10x zoom camera so hoping to have that up soon to view the outside of the box and feeding station. She does not seem to mind that the breeding box is 2 meters away from the feeding station and even less from the office window.
Keeps it all nice & handy for you DP, looking forward to updates & have saved your cam link to my favourites!
Had to change provider so cam address is now

Eggs started hatching 3 days ago.
Thanks for telling us DP, have saved this one now & will look forward to watching further!!
Thanks Wendy. All nine eggs have hatched and from what I can make out, all 9 chicks still alive. Looks like they may be the age where they may all make it now too. Can't imagine how they are doing for space though as the box (hollowed out log) is not that big. They always seems to be 1 or 2 chicks under all the rest. They do take turns in being at the bottom of the pile though :)
