Please excuse the wobbling, but handheld camera on full zoom in the cold wasn't the easiest to hold still! Lol!! I'm so excited though as they are definitely showing signs of boxing! In another previous field there were hares actually boxing a bit but it was too dark for any pics...

I live in Shropshire but have never seen hares, I live in hope!
Great filming of one of my favourite countryside animals. Saw a couple myself running along the other side of a roadside hedge a couple of weeks ago - alas, no film :-)

Saw 15 hares this morning!!!!!! Wow!
A few pics (they were a bit far away alas), but great fun to watch.... and yes, I was late for work...!
Lovely to see your photographs, MarJus. Makes me think of Spring, while I watch the snow still falling. Thank you.
Some quality action shots MarJus! Brilliant.
For viewing or photography right place right time is everything. I'd rather be in the right place with poor kit than have the best kit and be in the wrong place.
Great stuff Marjus. Must have been very exciting for you.
I didn't know you could put videos on to Flickr. Would you recommend it and do you use the Pro version or the free version? I bravely opened a YouTube account to upload a video recently but I must say Flickr looks a much "cleaner" site.
In your photos would the hares doing the boxing be the females trying to deter the males' amorous advances or isn't it as straightworward as that?
Sorry you were late for work. It's always a nuisance when work gets in the way of more important stuff.

Great photos MarJus - it's a good thing you have an understanding boss LOL!!!
The necessity of bird-watching is a really good reason for avoiding all forms of housework.
The dust will still be there tomorrow - the birds may not be!
Hi MarJus
Super pictures well done {thumbs up}
Oh what a fabulous sight to see all of the Hares in one place
Well done you so you have got your wish of lots of Hares in the snow
That must have been a real treat for you.
I wish I was there with you.
Regards
Kathy and Dave
Great shots MarJus - and work is only work, but wildlife viewing is a memory forever!
