This little Wren showed himself, when I was out and about.
Hope you enjoy the shots.
You don't realise how small they are, I kept losing it through the lens. He sat and sang his song before disappearing again.

Nature Is Amazing - Let Us Keep It That Way
Hello Buzzard
What wonderful photos, you must have been very patient.
Wrens are such amazing little birds. When I first heard one, I was amazed at how loud their song can be.
Kind regards Jane.
Hi Diana
If you look on the 'Advice ' forum under 'Identify This' there is a fab photo of a cuckoo posted today at 10.13 by Seymouraves.

Hi Buzzard
Fabulous pictures of the Wren.
They are very fast movers in a blink of an eye
You are lucky to get the shots you have - well done

Kathy and Dave
Our neighbour had a wren's nest in a plant pot which was on a shelf to the side of their house and all the eggs have vanished overnight. The poor bird is just sitting nearby.
It's heartbreaking when that happens, isn't it. We had a wren's nest last year which had 6 babies. Every one of them was taken. I think it was the magpies.
Thanks for that Pipit! I will have a look.
