What brilliant pictures, and thank you for posting them. I love the first seal asleep with his head on the rock. I would have taken him home with me!!! Just look at that water. So blue and inviting.

Thanks everybody, glad you like them.  It was a glorious day and the sea was very calm.  My sister still felt seasick though!  We had hoped to see more dolphins but  the warden wasn't on duty in the dolphin reserve area that day and there was a lot of traffic so the dolphins stayed away.  Never mind we saw three really close.  The one where can see right into it's blowhole swam alongside and then underneath the boat.  Brilliant!

Great photos and a holiday to remember. The sea looks such an amazing colour and I'm glad for you it was calm.

I'm going to Iceland in June which includes an optional whale watching trip. I say optional cos if it's at all rough I'm staying on terra firma. LOL.

On a separate issue, how are getting on with your new telescope?
