About 2.5 -3 cm top to bottom, indoors. I have added a third (hopefully clearer) image. What do you think?

If you've got a better photo & maybe a bigger size, the one I downloaded is only 52kb it would be helpful. I think its & Pyralidae & some hatch out from dried foods like fruit, nuts, oats, cereals etc. However the one that is closest in size & looks normally lives outside see here
