can anyone identify this silver moth please?

Hi, when & where was it seen please. Roughly how big top to tail?

If you've got a better photo & maybe a bigger size, the one I downloaded is only 52kb it would be helpful. I think its & Pyralidae & some hatch out from dried foods like fruit, nuts, oats, cereals etc. However the one that is closest in size & looks normally lives outside see here britishlepidoptera.weebly.com/001-aphomia-sociella-bee-moth.html . Presumably its recent?
