If you are planning a visit to Minsmere over the next couple of weeks, please note that there will be some closures of parts of our entrance roads whilst contractors install new fibre to improve our internet connectivity.
This work will take place in two phases.
On each day from Wednesday 14 September to Friday 16 September there will be no vehicular access to the reserve from 7.00pm to 3.00am the next morning. Pedestrian access will be possible. Outside these hours, the reserve will be open as normal. Vehicles will need to be out of the car park by 6.45pm on each of these three days.
On Monday 19, Tuesday 20 and Wednesday 21 September there will be no access to the reserve from Westleton. Access will be maintained at all times via Eastbridge with diversion signage in place.

In addition, Minsmere's visitor centre, including shop and cafe will be closed on Monday 19 September as a mark of respect for the funeral of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth 2. The car park, nature trails and hides will remain open that day.
