Mike, here is the intro. Thanks. Karen
Last season Maya, the resident Manton Bay female, surprised us arriving back 12 March the earliest date ever recorded at a UK public nest. The resident male, Blue 33(11), her mate since 2015, arrived two days later on 14 March and the pair successfully raised two healthy chicks. More details about the Manton Bay nest, including a table of the breeding data, can be found here.
Here’s wishing Maya and Blue 33 a safe journey home and for another successful season.

Yes, it was a shopping niight, MARY, that's my excuse :) I've got nothing much to add to your early coverage.
No lovely sunrise, it was overcast at that stage too:
The first EG arrived @ 06:03/4, the only other thing I noticed was that one of them spent some time remonstrating with someone below:
What a grey morning! I wonder if Maya ate all her fish last night or has saved some for this morning?

I messaged them before 11.00, and had this response:
Thanks for letting us know, it's because of the wind it's fairly strong out there today, so every now and again it shakes the camera quite a bit and causes it to glitch. Other than that the camera is working fine, but do keep an eye on it and let us know if it changes! Cheers!

There is no indication when the captures were made, but it's from the webcams and I assume today as the first fish we saw y'day was near dusk, and very brief before she took off with it.
