The season so far:
33(11) and Maya both arrived back within hours of each other on the 22nd March. Maya surprised us this year by laying four eggs on the 4th, 7th, 10th and 13th April. Currently both adults are taking turns to incubate the eggs which are expected to hatch in the second/third week in May.

Yes I've seen it bobbling up and down, lovely. The best I can get but there again that could just be feathers :(
It isn't feathers Jane, it is a lovely wee bobblehead :-)))
I've tried working on the image and no use. There seems to be a smudge on the lens but it will clear and we will see it soon.
Oh 33 what are you like! Dad has arrived with a stick
Piece of broken shell beside Maya

Maya up and allowing the chick and eggs some air. The chick is hidden behind an egg but could see its head bobbing up once! Maya soon covers them again.
How proud she looks
Excellent news.
Great news for all concerned.
Birdies LG DU update.
I wish Maya would throw out the shell. It looks like the little chick is crawling back inside it
and another view
Certainly looks strong ... it has its head out of the shell
