The season so far:
33(11) and Maya both arrived back within hours of each other on the 22nd March. Maya surprised us this year by laying four eggs on the 4th, 7th, 10th and 13th April. Currently both adults are taking turns to incubate the eggs which are expected to hatch in the second/third week in May.

She's had a stretch and flap, now she's almost in chick-brooding position:
IMAGICAT
A nice fish for Maya and some attention to the nest:
PS - I haven't seen the eggs since daycam.
She's just turned them and herself. I could only get half a look but nothing to set the heart racing!
Birdies LG DU update.
Not a very good look:

That was unusualThe eggs were alone but now 33 has come
Blue33 came and took the fish away - well, Maya had shown no interest ;)
It's so damp and misty, there's no point doing a movie, IMO.
Morning all and thanks for all the updates and Scylla for all the overnight captures.
So nothing evident as yet!
But it is now looking really damp and miserable. It is hard enough trying to see anything without the cam misting up :-(
