Membership Card

Hello I will be visiting the Leighton Moss Nature Reserve with my Son tomorrow via coach on a group trip from Leeds. This is our first visit and unfortunately I have forgotten to pack my Membership Card plus a free visit pass at the last minute. Would my Son and I have to pay the full amount of £7 each on entry? Thankyou

    Hi Diane,

    It's a genuine mistakes - mention to the Leighton Moss team that you corresponded with me on 24th September - and that on this occasion I have agreed that both you and you're son will be ok without your membership card and free pass.

    Many thanks Jarrod :) I rang the Reserve on our way and they acknowledged your very kind offer re-my Membership Card entry problem. Enjoyed our first visit to the Reserve thankyou, All the staff were very friendly and helpful.  Hope to visit again soon, and hopefully be lucky to see a Bearded Tit or a couple of Red Deer.
