Visitor's report from 25th March

I've copied the report below from a post on Cambirds by Matthew Wilson:-

Stunning pair of Bullfinch in the hedge row by the car park. Great Spotted Woodpeckers in the trees behind the hut. Pair of Blackcap in the scrub behind the hut, with the Male singing his heart out. Another male Blackcap 50 yards further on. Willow Warblers and Chiffchaff singing. Large flock of Greylag in the fields in front of the reserve - no surprises amongst them though. Wrens everywhere. Mistle Thrush. Song Thrush. Fieldfares still about in large numbers. Possible Reedlings in the reeds to the left of the hide nearest the entrance (can't remember it's name). I could hear the birds but not see them.
