Now, there's a challenge!!
I'm looking forward to what we get very much and I'll even have a go myself if the rain stops long enough for a rainbow to peep out.
Thanks Colin. Good idea.

Hi Colin
A great idea for us to play about with
I for one would love to add my photos and it will be another reason to practice with the camera as much as possible
So will be on the look out and see what is on offer in the weather department
Regards
Kathy and Dave
Indeed it is a challenge as you need a very important second ingredient for rainbows, and it is somewhat lacking here at mo!!

Yep some sunshine would be nice
I should maybe give a littel help. Rainbows can really be eaaked out using a Polariser for those with a filter thread on their lens Rotaing it in various planes not only removes shiny water relection or window reflection but also highlights the colours
Ditto Marjus. Very dry and hot here.

Is that the Ribble Head viaduct?

Fabulous pictures Colin, and a great start to get us all in the Rainbow mood at the moment.
How about this meagre effort from Tobago taken last December?

Hi Graham
Good one {big smile}
Now all we need is a pot of gold at the end with one big wish that will come true and I know what mine is already LOL
You know something I have no pictures of a rainbow yet - how embarassing is that
Strange what we find out what we do not have in the photo department.

Absolutely throwing it down here for 2 days - haven't seen rain like this in years ... but we still have the hosepipe ban in force. No sun, therefore no rainbows.
Cheers, Linda.
