Hi Everyone, Newbies and, all you veteran old un's he!he!
I was pleased to receive a colour camera system to set in to one of my nest-boxes , I am intending to set it up this coming weekend, BUT I am torn between setting it to the TV using the AV system OR getting a new USB video capture device which would take it direct to my PC
Has anyone tried both or one of these set-ups ,any help and advice would be most welcome, looking forward to hearing your stories or views on this
Regards Mick
Work is for those people that don't Bird-watch!!!!
A USB grabber can be bought for a fiver on eBay. Simple to setup and use. Either way is equally good but don't expect High Definition pictures from a tiny camera unless you paid a fortune for it.

Thanks for that Galatas looks like a good thing ,have you got one and if so is it working well?
Yes. I haven't had any problems with it.
I have two camera boxes. They are both attached to my PC via USB. Originally they were attached to my TV but I found it more convenient to have them on my PC so I can edit the videos and take snapshot pictures, then store them easily.
I hope you enjoy yours, and get a lovely nest of chicks.
Cheers, Linda.
