Mu aunt, has 2 nest boxes being used in her garden (blue-tits used them last yr also). Last wk she put up another 2 nestboxes & already birds are beginning to nest in them. A dunnock started to use 1 but was quickly put out of it by a bluetit!!!
Thats good news. I put up three Blue Tit boxes and a robin box in my garden last year but so far no takers :-(
Such good fun to watch them popping in and out and great if you manage to catch the fledgelings leaving.

Lucky you for having 4 nestboxes used between yourself and your aunt.
