My wife and I love our garden friends. We placed a nestbox on the trellis post behind our plum tree.
This year a pair of blue tits decided to make it their home.
Yesterday we noticed a baby having a look out through the opening. It even allowed me to take a few photographs.
This was a big *plus* for us this year even after seeing so many different species of birds visiting for the first time in ages.
...every egg a bird...
Hi Jochi
Welcome to the forums.
It's a sweet baby blue tit.
When you want to post pictures, it's a good idea to reduce them in size to more manageable Jpeg images using your PC photo editing software, and to crop the image so that we only see the part of the image that you want us to see i.e. the bird.. Your current picture has actually stretched the board out of shape because it's too big an image. Also, the pages take too long to load when there are large pictures on them.
If you don't have any photo editing software there are plenty of free ones available.
Here is your image cropped and saved as a Jpeg:
Best wishes Chris
