Blue tit and Great building in same nesting box

We've been watching a b pair of blue tits and great tits both trying to nest in the same box. We have a nest cam. Both are bringing in materials but the ble b tit often throws out the bigger grasses brought by the great tit. Is this usual behaviour?

I don't have any nest boxes in my garden, so I can't speak from experience. However, I have heard of different species sharing a nest box. One of the most bizarre being this story:
