Blue Tits

Hi everyone. Can anyone offer me advice please? I live in Scotland and have a camera nesting box on the side of my house. It's east facing and protected from direct wind and sun. In the first year I had a pair of blue tits move in and they had 12 eggs. They all hatched but one by one they all died. Since then, two years, we've had nothing. I've cleaned the house out and it is bone dry. Can anyone tell me what might be going on and if they are likely to ever return please?
