Unlike Boxes 1 and 2, Box 3 has a hole that can be used by great tits - but at the moment it's not been "claimed" and is being visited by blues and greats. I rather like these two photos, caught by a webcam:

Brilliant in flight photo's Elibee. It would be lovely if the great tits used your box 3 this year. Here's hoping.
