I am soooo proud of myself. I have managed to upload a video to Youtube. I thought I would invite you all to have a look at my first attempt.

Hi Sparrow

:-)
Hey farmer, farmer, put away the D.D.T now. Give me spots on my apples, but leave me the birds and the bees, please!
Yeh!! I know a movie director !! What a lovely little ball of fluff. Hope she makes it her home.Well done on the video. I would certainly never get anything done if I had a camera box. Please keep us updated

Well, all today I've been teaching myself how to edit videos to cut out the boring bits where nothing happens. I'm not a great one for manuals or help facilties. I usually try it out for myself. Anyway, here is my second attempt at a video. It is the blue tit coming and going during the day to remove debris, and I managed the sound this time!!!

She still has a lot of mess to clean up, and is so tired she is now fast asleep in a fluffy ball again.
Thanks Sparrow. Very well done. Brilliant editing.
Well you really are showing off now. What great footage. Can you see where she drops the debris, is it just outside or does she fly off with it. I am assuming it's a she due to the tidying up! lol

Hi sparrow
Great video, but it looks like she has her work cut out for her, look at all that poo!
You are really getting the bug, Sparrow. Great stuff. You've inspired me to look into getting a camera equipped nest box to replace an old one half destroyed by a greater spotted woodpecker trying to get at the great tits which nested in it last year.

That's another great video Sparrow, lovely to watch. Well done on the editing. What software did you use?
The necessity of bird-watching is a really good reason for avoiding all forms of housework.
The dust will still be there tomorrow - the birds may not be!
Thanks everyone. I am having a whale of a time with this nest box. I am so glad I got it. Today, the blue tit was doing a lot of house work and was very busy, when he got an interloper in the box. A few squeaks and grumpy glares, and the interloper was gone. The stand-off was over in a blink but I got it on video. I am uploading it to Youtube at the moment, but it takes about 2 hours to upload them.
Squirrel - the software came with the camera and nest box. It's ArcSoft Show Biz. I think it is pretty basic. It must be if I can use it!
Two more short video clips. I promise these will be the last unless something exciting happens.
