I've seen about three articles about this 'nestbox' now and I'm really not sure what to make of it. The first one I read the man made it like it was sheer co-incidence that it looked like a speed camera - even down the the 'lens' saying he's accidentally cut a bit out and put that cover in it to fill it!
Good on him for helping the birds and good on him for wanting people to drive more responsibly on his road but I can see some mindless thug just tearing that down now they know its a bird box!
