Hi all, I thought I would share with you some of the poems my children have written linked to their bird watch observations.
Blue tits tweeting
Blackbirds squawking
Coal tits crunching away on the food
Around the bird feeder.
Adam
The birds are singing
The doors are slamming
The wood peckers are tapping
On the trees.
Paige
The Robin is chirping
The long tailed tit is whistling
And the wood pidgeon is cooing
In the woods.
Ryan
I hope you enjoy these, they had great fun spending time outdoors sitting listening to all the sounds
Hi Barn Owl,
What wonderful poems! It would be great if you could share some more in our Learning Community forums too :)
Glad to hear you enjoyed your birdwatch!
Great observations! Please post more, if you have any.
