When I first saw the Stork Cam nest, I wasn't all that fussed,But after observing, watching became a must,These big leggy birds, with feathers black and white.Witnessing their young learn to fly was such a delight.
I was sad when a baby Stork got blown from it's nest. When the weather that night wasn't at all at it's bestI thought that that was that and it's life was snuffed out,But a few weeks later I had cause to doubt,
I saw four young Storks instead of the three. The lost one was back with it's family.Mum or Dad found it, so it was fed too. When it could fly, back to their nest it flew
The young have all gone now, I wish them all the best.Mum and Dad will be off too, to migrate with all the rest.I hope their journey South will be a success,And I hope they both return to the Stork Cam nest.
Glad there was a happy ending to your story.... always think they look out of place, up a tree!
