The hare - a love affair

There was a thread on here once, about how we found ourselves interested in Nature for the very first time, when young.  I put my story then, as to how I had lived in a country area and watched fascinated through my brothers bedroom window, as the hares 'boxed' in the fields opposite the house.  That is my very first memory of nature grabbing me to look at something. Feel quite an affinity with hares because of that incident.
