Nicki C said: Another observation on my part - if it had been mentioned already ignore this post. I assume that all 'up to date postings' are in descending order meaning the latest date and time are sitting on top of the listings of recent threads. At the present point of time, the latest posts are not in their date and time order at the moment - ie posts created on the 21st and amongst the 20th postings etc... Times are obscure too - 7pm's are amongst 6am's on the same day.....etc... Anyone else noticed this at all Regards Kathy and Dave

This problem is associated with the fact that there are currently at least 2 pages of 'announcements' and 'stickies' above all of the 'normal' threads on the default Community page. Once you get to page 3 where the normal threads start they are in order. The 'announcements' and 'stickies' need a clear out and Ian has said this will be done
Best wishes Chris

Correction. Should read "this program was able to contact website but does not have permission to view the webpage"
I've seen this mentioned elsewhere, but it is a technical problem.
On the Loch Garten Ospreys blog page, under the heading "The Ospreys" on the right hand side, the links to the osprey biographies are all broken.

Ian, I have noticed other people are changing their signature to make it stand out as separate to the entry. I have tried to do this but each time I get an error message saying something like 'unable to validate'. How can I change my signature to be in italics.

Hi Bob,
You can do this by using the normal formatting codes. For italics, type immediately before the first word (no space) and then immediayely after the last word. (no space) You must use square brackets. You can also use this if you want it in bold, but change the i to a b.
Cheers, Linda.

Hells Bells - sorry Bob. I can't get back to edit it.
What I should have said is type immediately before the first word. Then type immediately after the last word.
they are called bb tags text = [ u] text [ /u] less the spaces
b= bold
i= italics
u=underline
It's both what you do and the way that you do it!

G'day - Haven't had time to wade through this entire Forum, but my issue is that when I click "Favourite places" at the top of the screen, the drop down box appears behind the search box, so some of my favourite place links are obscured.
Every day a little more irate about bird of prey persecution, and I have a cat - Got a problem with that?
On the Loch Garten Opsrey blog page e.g.

There are links to the information on the individual ospreys pon the right hand side pof the screen near the bottom. These links have been broken since the upgrade - all give a "page not found" message
