I have a query from a subscriber who has recently changed her email address. She's created a new account with her new email address, but wants to delete the old account. I've tried to work out how to do it, but can't see anything anywhere to help. Any ideas please?

Hi Jess I think you need to contact the mods at HQ but to be honest they could just leave it unused.

Forgot to say they could also use their original name on the new account Moffer did it a while ago.
