Wildlife questions
I started feeding a few sparrows on my balcony a year ago, now I find myself hiding from them. Pretending I am not home by leaving the curtains open and turning out the lights! I used to count them but now there are soo many! Help!

Sparrows are harmless. What is frightening you so much?

Surely if you stop feeding them they will eventually stop turning up?

Yes, obviously I have thought of that many
times however, they are so sneaky, they will
send the cutest one by himself to break my
heart, so, I put out some seeds for it and wham! It calls in the whole army! Anyway, thank you so much for the advice. I am living in Japan, now being Spring, tweet, tweet, tweet, here is or are my babies the father sparrow feed its young. Recently have got a few grumpy faces from the neighbors.
