does anyone know what this fly is?
it landed on my leg this evening and I couldn’t identify what species it was.
any replies will be greatly appreciated,
Hazel in the Gironde estuary, France
Looks like one of the green lacewings probably the most common one, Chrysoperla carnea. They are one of the good guys as they predate aphids..
