Hen harriers are awesome birds of prey. Though smaller than a Buzzard, they are no less majestic. Only seen them twice in this area but if I see any in future I'll make sure I'll report it :-)

Hi- I normally see them at traditional roosts so theey are monitored and recorded by the county.

We hope to see one tomorrow on our trip to Blacktoft Snds but they will be logged by reserve staff.I do use the hotline for any seen in our local dales recording area as they need all the help they can get on that patch.
