I have a pond local to me, its been home to a few swans over the years, but recently the land owner has recently fenced in the ponds and the swans are struggling with access/been blocked from accessing the ponds. They are wandering on the roads and pecking at the fence. Has the land owner done any illegal in blocking/limiting access?
You could ring 101 and ask to speak to a wildlife officer to report swans on the road and ask for advice!
