Hi All,
Thought you might be interested to know that there is a new book out called Wildlife Crime: The Makings of an Investigations Officer by Dave Dick. Dave used to work as the Investigations Officer for the RSPB in Scotland, working to tackle all forms of wildlife crime, but especially estate-based crime e.g. illegal raptor persecution. I went to the book launch in Granton on Spey (I think...) on Wednesday night, so haven't read too much of the book so far, but really enjoying what I have read! A very interesting and enlightening read for anyone interested in wildlife crime and how it is dealt with. I would definitely recommend it!
Here's a link to the book on Amazon: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Wildlife-Crime-Dave-Dick/dp/1849950369/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1330712327&sr=1-1
Home again, home again.

Sarah, Yet to read it but I can assure you that if the book is as interesting as Dave Dick is in real life, this will be worth a read for anyone

Well, I'm glad someone's interested! He seemed very nice at the book launch, and even played us a song on his guitar! I'm finding it really interesting so far, and I hope others will too.
