I went out into my garden early this morning to be greeted by 7 headless ducklings and the mother duck and one remaining duckling hiding in the rushes on the pond. My husband thinks this was most probably a mink attack. What can we do to protect the one remaining duckling and the mother as we believe now that the mink is aware they're there it will come back tonight.
