Saw these Banacle Geese complete with goslings on the lakes at Frampton Court, Frampton-on-Severn, Gloucs this week. I was just wondering if they had been spotted there before as, according to info I read today, this is not their usual breeding ground. Any thoughts?

Hi,
Britain has lots of imported/ gone wild/ escaped/ gone feral wildfowl. We have greylag geese in Norfolk, chinese geese in surrey etc. Escaped Barnacle geese go feral and breed in several counties. Truly wild Barnacles are winter visitors to Scotland normally. :)

Hi Kipling, welcome to the forum.
As seymouraves has mentioned they are pretty wide spread across the country.
