Ward Estate Appeal

I've just been reading about the RSPB having an appeal for the Ward Estate on part of shore of Loch Lomond and they are trying to get 1million 1hundred pound to reach the target to buy the Land for a new nature reserve. I don't know how big the reserve will be, hopefully when they suceed and buy the land. Does anyone know that area at all?

    Hi THOMO,

    I don't know the area at all, but reading through the appeal letter that I've been sent it seems the RSPB are hoping to buy two pieces of the Wards Estate, totalling approx 560 acres.

    A thing of beauty is a joy forever.
