Anybody able to identify this seen today? There were quite a few, though not together, and they had a fluttery sort of flight. Two separate individuals here, but I thought they were the same kind of bird. They were also singing incessantly :-)
Streaky, longish tail and a fluttery flight seems awfully like Meadow Pipit. The habitat's right too.
Every day a little more irate about bird of prey persecution, and I have a cat - Got a problem with that?

Thanks John B, that's great. I've had a look at meadow pipits on Youtube and I think you're right. I've never seen them before, so that's lovely.
