Hi, I took a photo of this bird in my garden and I'm not exactly sure what it is, I suspect it's a juvenile but I'd really appreciate your views.

My guess would be a young Greenfinch or possibly a yellow wagtail...

If you think it is a juvenile, I would also go for goldfinch

Hi Rachel,
Its a juvunile goldfinch, the black wingtips and very striking yellow give it away.
They get the black and red plumage around the beak later on.
