Large bird arrived in last two weeks, sings on one song, very penetrating, filmed at top of dead chestnut tree. Early morning and evening, I tried to video it, how do I attach that?

use 'rich formatting'

then select 'Insert' and that will bring up a drop down menu 

you will then get another menu asking where to find the media -  hopefully it will upload.  If the file is too big then a link from U-tube can also work
