Is this a wood pigeon cross?

Both bog standard feral pigeons. The white bits look more like it's been splashed with paint or something, particularly as the one on the left looks like it has a spot of the same just behind it's eye. Feet look fine, although the one on the left looks like it's missing a hind claw. Feet deformities and injuries seem to be reasonably common in feral pigeon, i often see them with bits, or even a whole foot, missing.

As Mr B has noted, these are both Ferals. The one on the right is part 'Grizzle' plumage (the dotted effect) and looking at the cere, it might well be a male.
