Birds egg ID please

I have looked at pictures and mistle thrush eggs are more blue and the spots are wrong for that id I think, but thanks for the suggestion

Mistle Thrush eggs can be very variable and can definitely be this colour. I’ll be surprised if it’s anything other than this.

I think it’s the angle it’s laying at which makes it look larger. If stood on end I think it’s nearer to 30mm. The location, colour and pattern is correct for Mistle Thrush too. I’m fairly familiar with British birds eggs and can’t think of anything else that fits.
The Mistle Thrush eggs I’ve measured (for survey) have been between 29mm and 32mm long and between 22mm and 23mm wide. This is roughly the size of this egg.

As an amateur egg spotter (from a safe distance and never interfering) I have to agree too. Too big for linnets, finches, and tits. Too small for a seabird. IF it is mistle thrush that's super exciting because it means they're breeding in the area!! And it's such a great thing to have near you
