Looks like you enjoyed a well deserved trip to Arne.We had a day there in Jan, we hope this may be of some interest to others thinking of going.To save driving we let the train take the strain.From Waterloo direct to Wareham Dorset takes about 2hr.20min.,early trains from 6.30am. A cab rank at the station and 15min or so drive to the reserve. Check out the deals and book on-line 2 hours before and collect tickets at Waterloo.
Our tickets were about £30.00 return, the Cab was £12.00 each way. Pubs are near the station and trains run late enough for a full day, take plenty of film. We have posted some photos on the Arne Forum 22nd Jan (A Day At Arne) few more below.
