I've just joined your group, I'm a volunteer over at Wallasea but recently took the opportunity to come and have a look around Rainham and had a great time I must say, and hope to visit again soon. I managed to snap this young lady over the east side near the railway line, it's not a great shot but I just love her expression!! looking straight down the barrel so to speak.
I also managed to get a shot of her "friend" who was keeping close company with her, I assume it's her "other half" but it's a bit early for all of that isn't it?
Growing up, my Mum always claimed to feel bad when a bird would slam head-first into our living room window. If she "really" felt bad, though, she'd have moved the bird feeder outside.
