looks like a whitethroat to me.
Its a Whitethroat
but it looks more like the Lesser Whitethroat.
There has been some recording around Rainham marshes (Cordite store and woods)

Thanks i thought it was a whitethroat but it does look like a lesser whitethroat
probably the photo not being sharp focus cheers again.
