Under the careful care and protection of Maya and 33(11), all three chicks have thrived and later this month we will learn more about them when ringing takes place.

Beautiful sunrise. Chicks waken and have a good stretch, flap
05:05 Maya feeds the chicks from the fish left over at the back of the nest
05:22 Raining - soggy chicks
06:12 more fish
09:11 Unseen intruder - 33 arrives to defend
09:30 33 arrives and joins Maya - chicks snoozing
Maya flies off leaving 33 chick sitting
33 takes off and chicks continue to rest
Out most of the day - catch up later.

04:42 officially sunrise according to the Met Office. Chicks being fed
1H2 does some flaps
then lots of snoozing
08:05 Brief visit from 33
08:10 33 back again, perhaps unseen intruder around
08:26 Lots of preening preparing for their maiden flights
10:31 Chicks up as 33 approaches with a fish
33 holds on to the fish as Maya circles and approaches
Maya soon takes the fish - chicks eager to be fed
33 flies off and chicks get themselves up to be fed
10:37 Feed underway
10:06 33 arrives with another fish for his girls
1H1 gets tucked in
1H1 having a snack
and some good wing flapping from 1H3. She is getting herself up !!
Chicks lie down - unseen intruder?? but 33 arrives to watch over them
1H1 having a look over the edge while Maya feeds the other two
and then a good flap - 1H1 is getting herself ready

Don't think it will be too long before she takes the plunge
