I think this will be an interesting season at Loch Arkaig - who is going to take residence is the big question?
For me it doesn't matter who, just as long as the nest is occupied.

20.36.48 Fish number six, whole small BT. Off camera calls are heard, Louis arrives and seconds later Sarafina barrels in and grabs it from him.
20.53.38 All eaten and Sarafina's off, don't think she realised she'd eaten the tail. She looked down at her talons and seemed puzzled to find no fish!
Bookmarking her departure as migration looms, in case this is the last sighting of her. Watch for more of these 'final sighting' videos!
Friday 26th August.
A new record for Louis today - he delivered fish number 500. That's since his return on 11th April, fish deliveries every single day. Pretty good, unlike Laddie at LotL who wasn't as consistent.
05.55.35 Fish number one, headless BT, Sarafina pounces on it Fish number 500 for the nest, including's Dorcha's one and only delivery!
06.21.15 Fish number two, whole BT, Willow gets it. Fish number 500 for Louis! Hard working, lovable Louis.

10.01 - 10.08 A veritable flock of little birds visit the nest. Great tits, Coal Tits, Blue Tits. Watch for the 'giant' one right by the camera lens
