From little 'fluff balls' to almost fully grown ospreys, LR1 and LR2 are doing amazingly well all thanks to the fantastic ongoing care from NC0 and Laddie (LM12). Not only have we seen Laddie providing fish for his family but NC0 has been successful several times just recently as well - what first-class parents they are! There continues to be the occasional intrusion from ospreys passing through, however, the nest and chicks have been protected outstandingly. We look forward to the next exciting phase in the young ospreys' development.

Absolutely, Patily! lol
17:01 LR1 back to the nest
A change of positions during her visit (LR1 on the right)
Both lying down on the nest
LR1 got up
Adult to the birch (it got a bit loud on the nest at that point!). I assume it to be NC0
17:32 LR1 flew off

18:11 LR2 flew off the nest. No adult (NC0?) on the birch, it took flight around 18:00 heading from left to right over the distant side of the Loch
18:24 LR2 landed on the perch, his flight from beyond the birch and over the Loch behind the nest
18:28 Scene at present
18:40 A fish from Laddie. LR2 claimed it
LR1 did attempt to steal it but was flapped away/shoved off by her brother
19:17 LR2 eating his fish on the perch. LR1 still waiting
19:20 After cleaning his beak on the perch, LR2 left the nest
19:35 A lovely-sized headless fish for LR1. LR2 was hot on Laddie's heels but the delivery/claim was already made by the time the youngster landed
LR2 inbound on the far left
Laddie away
LR1 flew off with her fish 19:43ish
She landed on a branch of the birch
20:04 A very quiet LR2
It appears that an adult? has joined LR1 on the birch
