I have started this thread early as there is some great news to report with news of a special sighting of one of their Ospreys that Valerie wants to post.

Firstly thank you Mary for starting a new thread , wonderful news from the Lake District that a osprey that hatched 2008 at Bassenthwaite Male Yellow 7V has been seen for the first time in Senegal by Jean-marie Dupart , such exciting news . Was known to be breeding at Dunoon 2013 but we have never had any other news of him , just goes to show they can go unseen www.facebook.com/.../10158686242961839
Such wonderful news Valerie, it shows that if they go unnoticed for many years doesn't mean they are still not out there,
