Aila and Louis' first chick hatched on Friday 29 May. Perhaps we can expect number 2 and 3 to hatch on 1 and 4 June.
May brought lots of fish, clods, shag pile, sticks, osprey and owl intruders and fame to Aila and Louis, appearing on the BBC, Channel 4 and Chris Packham's Self Isolating Bird Club Live.

By 14.19 it looks like Aila was finishing off the fish Louis brought in about 25 minutes previously. The rapidity with which the fish was consumed is as good a sign as any that the bobs are progressing very well indeed. Ian
George Anderson was asked whether/when the chicks would be named this year. His response was
George Anderson: Nothing finalised for this year yet but we normally have a period of suggestions and discussions before narrowing it down and holding some kind of a vote. Some years this has taken place within the comments thread on the osprey cam page. Last year our social media team got enthusiastic and we held the vote across channels.
